It's Been A While...
So it's been a while since I last posted. I figured it was time.
An what have I done since I last posted? A lot.
Most recently, I went to Melbourne. I went with school and I only got back yesterday (though i left monday afternoon :P).
Anyway, we went to the Melbourne Writers Festival. It was fun. We heard people talk about... stuff.
Anyway, these people included Andy Giffiths and Sean Tann. Fun, I know. :D
um.... other then that, I dont think i have done any interesting things.... *shrugs*
and now, some amazing jokes:
1. how do you get a baby in a shoe box? with a blender.
2. how do you get a baby out of a shoe box? with a straw.
3. whats red and white and sits in the corner getting smaller and smaller? a baby with an apple peeler.
4. whats red green and white and sits in the corner? the same baby three weeks later.
5. how many babys can you fit in a taxi? 100. 1 in the front, 2 in the back and the rest in the shoe box.
6. whats the difference between a truck load of babys and a truck load of water melons? you can unload water melons with a pitch fork

a nod to friends
so, most of the people that read this blog would know that i frequent Derek Landy's blog, yes?
well, this is a recommendation of sorts.
see, Derek Landy, for those of you who don't know, is the author of the Skulduggery Pleasant series.
now, some of his fans have started making a spin-off series from the Skulduggery books. this spin-off is called The Mevolent Collaboration. now, a lot of my friends from the blog are writers in this amazing story, and if you like magic, action and adventure, you should definitely read the skulduggery books as well as the collaboration.
so, if you like the sound of both these things, and you hadn't heard of either before, you should definitely check them out:

A typical love story...
girl meets boy.
boy and girl fall in love, but dont tell each other.
boy and girl become friends.
girl moves in with boy.
girl goes a bit insane.
boy still, silently, loves girl.
boy try's to declare love to girl, but fails.
girl finds nuk.
girl sends boy away, planning to diffuse the nuk...
nuk explodes, killing girl, braking boy's heart.
boy and girl fall in love, but dont tell each other.

Ded for minions.
hello!
well, this is just a ded that i would have posted on Derek Landy's blog, had i gotten on top of a page.
so, here it goes!
this is a ded to everyone that has welcomed me with open arms since my joining of the blog.
I mean, while it feels like it's been forever, it has really only been about 6 months since i stopped being a one-post kinda gal.
I love how i just decided one day to stay on after a post, to see who replied, and then a whole world was opened up. i think it was miss cain who first welcomed me properly. her and lav really made me feel wanted.
then, just as quickly, i met jubi and fabi! you guys mad me feel like someone important, someone worthwhile, and if it weren't for you, i doubt i would have got my confidence back.
since then, everyone i've met has been just as crazy and insane as me and i've loved every minuit of it!
so, this is for all of you, everyone who welcomed me, everyone who has talked to me, everyone!
i don't need to name you, because you know how you are! i love you all (as friends). :D

well, i guess it's been a while since my last post, so i thought i might as well say something...
um... how about: ab hoc momento pendet aeternitas
which is Latin for 'on this moment hangs eternity'
this, i have to say, is my new favorite saying :D.
... thats about all... and i have to get back to science before the teacher looks over my shoulder sooo...
